I purchased a puzzle piece with a picture of me and my son I was notified when the orginal picture didn't fit right and asked what i wanted to do .I sent some more pictures and the one that was chosen couldn't look better. I recived the necklace and loved it when my son recived it he lit up like its the best gift he ever recived. Thank you so much.

I wanted to get a puzzle piece photo of my girl friend and I but the photo I guess didn't fit right. Thinking I would need to use either a heart or some other shape I was slightly disappointing. I was then contacted by the engraver and they let me know they were able to fit it on there properly but couldn't show me. when it arrived it was fantastic and I couldn't have asked for a better engraving. My girlfriend loved it as it was very sentimental for us. Best customer service I've ever had. They truly go out of their way to ensure you are satisfied.
