The quality is very nice. I would order the block engraving. I ordered the italics and it is hard to read because it is small. Although I know what it says so it really doesn't matter.

I absolutely love this pendant and it has provided me with such comfort being able to have my precious dog Skipjack with me everyday. It has little black paws on the heart and he was black. I had it inscribed on the back and that came out well. It was very hard to get his ashes in the top. When my beloved chihuahua, Speck, died, I wanted to be able to carry a piece of him with me always. I went online looking for a necklace I could put some of his ashes in and come across this product.
