Dissatisfied
I had to force the velvet box open the resulting in the lining and lid disattached. Your photo showed a delicate looking braclet good for my 6" wrist. The actual piece is very bulky the discs are much thicker than shown. On my wrist it looks like I'm wearing a braclet for a large man. Please send info on processing a return.

Nice, but some exceptions
As others have commented, the circles in the bracelet and the satin finish and stainless steel are good quality. I chose to have the central component engraved. Unfortunately the engraving was not centered on the circle holding the ashes, making it look quite cheap...it should not be hard to center the text. The poor engraving lessened the overall quality. Finally, the chain is too light for the weight of the bracelet. The end of the chain was not soldered together, so it fell off the main portion of the bracelet, so I will need to have it prepared. If the engraving and chain were improved, I would recommend this.

weight
I was not prepared for how much the bracelet weighs. The clasp is quite difficult to hook because I have to use the last loop on the chain. The look of the bracelet is very stylish -- if just weren't so heavy!

Nicer than expected
This bracelet is much nicer than I expected it to be. Very nice weight, and very pretty. The only complaint I have is that I wish the engraving was bigger. I only had one name engraved, & it is very hard to see it

The bracelet is stunning!! It does run big or perhaps my wrists are oddly small. Either way, I recommend measuring your wrist to make sure it'll fit. It is adjustable but even on the smallest setting it's too big for me. Nothing a quick fix by my local jeweler can't handle. If you're on the fence about this bracelet, get it! You wont regret it.

Broken but beautiful
I absolutely love the way my bracelet looks, but the link attaching it broke the first day that I wore it. I am going to take it to a jeweler to have it fixed.

Unexpected Quality
The satin finish circle bracelet was much heavier and sturdier than I expected. It was easy to fill and is not overwhelming. The photos made it seem bigger than it really is, I love the actual size of it. As a small person, it does not dominate my wrist at all. Thank you for what you do and allowing me the opportunity to have my Dad close to me at all times.
