Size:: This keepsake measures 3/4" wide x 3/4" high. The keepsake is measured from the bottom of the pendant to the bottom of the bail.

Internal Volume:: This keepsake will hold a "pinch" of cremated remains. A "pinch" is equal to approximately 1/8 of a teaspoon.

How to fill:: This keepsake is filled by unscrewing the screw. This exposes the small interior compartment where the remains are laid to rest.

I recently purchased an engraved urn necklace, and when I received it, there was a small mistake with the engraving. They immediately apologized when I called, and though it was 5 minutes before they closed, offered to stay late and engrave a new one to replace it overnight. The new one they sent was perfect, and I'll treasure it always. I'm still pleasantly surprised at how nice and helpful everyone was. Great experience at a time when I really needed that type of kindness. Thank you again.

THE HEART ITSELF IS VERY NICE. THE WORDING ON THE ONE SIDE WAS NOT THE WAY I HAD ORDERED IT. I DIDN'T WANT TO MAKE A BIG DEAL ABOUT IT BUT MAYBE IN THE FUTURE BE A LITTLE MORE CAREFUL WITH CUSTOMERS ORDERS. THERE MIGHT BE A REASON THEY WANT IT ENGRAVED A CERTAIN WAY.
