The wings curve slightly inward and the design on the wings gives them a very realistic appearance. The accent stones are the ideal way to enhance the beauty of the gold and when paired with the included gold plated chain, the overall effect is stunning. Because the design is fairly simply in nature we invite you to make it more personal - perhaps add a different chain such as a silver rhodium plated premium chain that will pick up the small stones that are sprinkled throughout both sides of the wings. I BOUGHT THESE BEAUTIFUL ANGEL WINGS FOR MY YOUNGER SISTER TO PUT SOME OF OUR BIG SISTERS ASHES IN FOR HER. THE ANGEL WINGS WERE STUNNING WHEN I RECEIVED THEM. MY YOUNGER SISTER WAS VERY TOUCHED AND LOVED THEM. I DID ORDER A CHAIN WITH THE WINGS BUT THE CHAIN LOST ITS GOLD FINISH WITHIN TWO DAYS, SO THAT WAS DISAPPOINTING BUT THE ANGEL WINGS ARE STILL BEAUTIFUL.
