What is companion jewelry?
Companion jewelry is a relatively new concept that combines jewelry pendants, rings, bracelets and even keychains with a small tribute in memorandum of a loved one. These exceptional keepsakes have a small hollowed out interior that will hold your chosen memory in honor of the deceased. The interior of the family funeral jewelry is accessed by unscrewing the bail or by unscrewing the small slotted screw. A funnel is included with your order and you can gently tap in your cremated ashes, some blessed ground from the site of burial or even a few strands of hair into the inside of your jewelry urn. Each of our heart urn pendants and photo engraved memorial keepsakes includes your choice of a black satin cording and in some cases a matching chain.
Can I customize my selection?
There are a number of different ways you can personalize your companion jewelry and this unique personalization is a great way to keep the memories of the deceased close to your heart. One of the most common customizations is engraving. Many of our keychain memorial keepsakes as well as our other cremation jewelry will hold a line or two of engraved text and we offer both script font and block font for you to select from. We have a great array of precious gemstone memorial keepsake jewelry and several of our pendants include the addition of mother of pearl or onyx. Swarovski crystals and other colored precious and semi-precious gemstones add a beautiful touch to the companion jewelry and the overall effect is one of elegance.
