Excellent customer service
I ordered the gold filled black onyx memory heart and the premium gold filled snake chain. The first one arrived where the workmanship on the stone was poor, and somehow the order was mixed up as I received the cheaper gold heart and free chain. HOWEVER....I called them first working day, and within minutes the supplier called and was sorry for the mixup...next day I received my PERFECT order. Thanks so very much.
