Stainless Elegant Teardrop Cremation Keepsake
Everything was okay except the item was much bigger than I anticipated. I had bought a teardrop that had a place for ashes and it was 1/2 the size. I probably did a poor job of looking at what I was getting but it is sooooo heavy. I just won't buy this item again.

Love this necklace !
The only thing I’d like to suggest is that you include a tiny mesh screen to fit over the funnel. It is very difficult to separate the fine cremains from larger pieces sp it kept clogging up. Other than that , the piece is as beautiful as it looked online and your customer service was excellent
