You will receive a free matching chain with your purchase and also a kit with instructions on how to fill and seal your urn pendant. The heart has a small opening up at the upper right of the Natural Heart in silver and the included snake chain is threaded through in this area, allowing the pendant to glide on the chain smoothly.
