The permanently sealed process looks like this:

Your order is placed and we begin casting your keepsake. An ash collection kit is immediately sent to the customer.
The ashes are returned to Jewelry Keepsakes and less than ⅛ teaspoon is added to the jewelry. The ashes are permanently sealed inside, with no visible screw.
The permanently sealed jewelry is hand-polished and packaged in a jeweler’s gift box with the matching 20” chain.
Any ashes not used in the make-up of the pendant are securely packaged and returned with the purchase.
