- This keepsake measures 1" diameter. The keepsake is measured from the bottom of the pendant to the bottom of the bail.

Very pretty
It’s very pretty. It has more weight than I had imagined when I ordered. I am currently searching for different creative ways to attach it to cording. Really lovely.

On the Fence
At first look the piece is beautiful, the size is just right. Keep in mind that the piece is heavy. It must be stainless steel dipped in sterling. You’ll need the proper size chain to accommodate the charm. It was almost impossible to insert the ash into the chamber. The funnel that was included did not fit into the hole, I had to Scotch tape the funnel to the charm to hold into place. Because of the angle of the circle, the ash did not fall in easily and kept clogging. It was almost impossible and I had to keep emptying the ash out to unclog the hole. This was not a pleasant experience and in the end I put in just small amount. The idea is nice but the execution needs more thought.

engraving
The engraving is over priced. Was so small you could hardly read/see it. There was room and it could have been larger. Had to take it to a jeweler to have it re-engraved. Other than that, a nice remembrance.

No clasp on leather cord
I chose the option of paying the additional $14.99 for the leather cord WITH clasp. It arrived and it was very thin poor quality leather with no clasp, even though my order confirmation states with clasp. I was also disappointed that for the price I paid that the regular cord wasn't included as a courtesy. I now have to go to the trouble of returning it and waiting for a cord with a clasp and I am anxious to wear it. I am not happy at all.

Love My Pendant
I am thrilled with the Sterling Silver Eternity Pendant. I love it. It is exactly what I wanted. The size is perfect and it has a nice weight to it. Looks and feels like a good quality piece of jewelry. Filling it was not difficult, but I did have to tap it a little bit to get the material to go inside. I would rate the quality of the pendant itself 5 stars and the customer service and ease
