- This keepsake measures 7/8" wide x 3/4" high. The keepsake is measured from the bottom of the pendant to the bottom of the bail.

Excellent
My shipment was fast and the item was given in a jewelry Box. It came with everything it was supposed to and was given exactly how I ordered it. If I had to give one piece of advice I think I would have liked if in the bag with extra stuff if there was a heart template to the size of the necklace photo side. It was hard for me to eye ball and cut up my picture to the exact size of the necklace so it would fit. Its not a perfect heart but It looks decent. Would have been better and easier with a template.

Heart Urn Necklace
I have nearly nothing poor to say about the purchase. I love that I can engrave two sides and still have a plain front. Th loss is recent and I can�۪t explain to everyone that passes by as it still hurts to talk about. I have two small related complaints. One- the heart is very rounded out meaning that it flips and flops turning this way and that in normal everyday wear . I wish it was a little more flat on the back to stay put against the skin. Two- the engraved side of the inside of the locket is flat but the photo side dips inward making photos sit in an odd way. I wish the photo side was flat as well- maybe flattening the locket as a whole would help. Not sure. But I wish I�۪d known these things when I spent the extra for this locket. Overall I�۪m happy. I have something to help me breathe and something to remind me that my loved one is always with me. That�۪s what I wanted and that�۪s what I got.

The locket I ordered had a defect on it, and as soon as I notified the company I received a response and was told a new Locket would be sent, along with a return label for the first locket. I'm so grateful that I did not have to take the locket back from the person I gave it to, and that she would not have to be without it.

Just what I wanted
I bought this as a gift for my sister to remember our mom. It was exactly what I wanted, unfortunately it was stolen, so I just ordered another. I'll be ordering more things for my other sibling as well.
