When you order has been completed, we immediately send out an ash collection kit. The kit contains all you need including an ash receptacle and a postage paid return envelope. Collect a small amount of cremated ashes and put them in the ash receptacle. Mail the receptacle back to us and when we receive the ashes, we will add a very small amount to the gemstone like resin. Any remaining ashes will be securely packaged and sent back with your pendant. The turnaround time to ship your pendant from when we receive your ashes back is approximately 24-48 hours.
The Riverbed Gold Ash Jewelry is completely customizable in other ways too! Choose a different chain in a different finish or in a different length to alter the way in which the pendant is displayed on your person. You can also add engraved text to the back side of the pendant and choose a name, a date, a verse or other custom text.
