A little disappointed

I ordered this Teardrop for my hunsband's cremains. I think the Teardrop is lovely. Unfortunately, the chain was broken. I know it is "free" but I am disappointed the clasp wouldn't open and then the small link holding the clasp dropped off. If I had known this is what you were offering, I would have ordered the black one. Your service is good, I was impressed but it is the little things such as offering a free necklace that is broken, that keeps me from giving you an Excellent rating. Sorry!

The pendant is stunning! I ordered the pendant with the sterling chain. I wish I had ordered it with the silk rope. The pendant's weight is substantial and the sterling change is a little too lightweight for the piece. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The shipment was very fast.
