The Stainless Intricate Heart cremation pendant has a design that allows the heart to slide on the chain and there is an opening on each side of the upper right of the heart. I love the heart shaped pendent. I needed a new screw for the urn portion and reached out to the company via email. I received a phone call in response, explained my situation and a new screw was in the mail and received within a week! I have added my Dad's ashes and now he is 'in my heart' and near my heart! Thank you for creating a product that allows me to have Pops with me all the time.

Price was great.
Had an issue with the first piece jewelry, I may have screwed it in the wrong way. I called requesting a new one. They replaced it for free and we got it in such a t imely fashion.
