The right side of the heart has a flush mounted threaded screw that when opened exposes the small interior compartment that will hold a remembrance. The front face of the Wrap Around Heart urn pendant is slightly raised and the apex of the heart has a crisscross design where the two sides meet and cross and the very top of the heart is open to allow for sliding on the chain.
