When your order is processed, we immediately send out an ash collection kit. Upon receipt of the kit, add the required amount of ashes to the ash receptacle and send back to us using the postage paid envelope. Your pendant should ship within 24-48 hrs of us receiving the ashes.
We encourage our customers to add engraving to the back of the pendant if they are looking for a way to further the personal nature of the jewelry. Additionally, you can choose an alternate chain in a different length or finish or even change out the color at the center.
