We send a free ash collection kit when your order is placed and the kit contains an ash receptacle as well as a postage paid envelope. Once you have received the kit, simply add a small amount of cremated ashes to the receptacle and mail back to us in the postage paid envelope. When we receive your ashes, we add them to the resin and place the mixture in the heart. We mail the pendant as well as any remaining ashes that were not used within 24-48 hours of receiving the ashes in the mail.
We hope that our customers take advantage of the different ways you can customize your selection. Adding engraved text to the back of the pendant enhances the personal nature of the jewelry and we have a variety of chain options that change up the way the pendant is displayed when worn.
