Getting the cremated remains to us is very easy. Simply place your order online and then we will send you out a FREE ash collection kit that contains all you need. Add a very small amount of cremains to the ash receptacle in the kit and then place the receptacle in the postage paid envelope that comes with the kit. We encourage you to send the ashes back soon as the sooner they are received the sooner your pendant is shipped.
