Once you have completed your online order, our customer service team ships out a FREE ash collection kit right away. When you receive the kit, add a small amount of cremains to the ash receptacle and mail the receptacle back to us in the addressed and postage paid envelope that is included in the kit. The ashes will be added to the gemstone-like resin when we receive them and the pendant and any unused cremated ashes will be shipped together within 24-48 hours of receiving the cremated ashes.
