We try to make it as stress-free as possible to get us the cremated ashes. When your order is placed we send out an ash collection kit right away. In the kit you will find instructions, and ash receptacle and a postage paid return envelope. Once we receive the ashes we mix them with the resin and your pendant will ship 24 to 48 hours from when we received the ashes.
And personalizing your pendant is super easy! You can choose a longer or shorter chain to change the way the pendant falls on the body. You can choose a chain in a different finish to add contrast and depth. The pendant can also be engraved with a few characters of texture on the back.
