Getting the ashes to us is easy. Place your online order and once the order is processed, we immediately send out an ash collection kit to your shipping address. The kit is absolutely free and contains all you will need to collect a very small amount of ashes. Place the receptacle containing the ashes in the postage paid envelope. Your pendant will ship 24-48 hours from the time in which we receive the cremated ashes from you and we securely package the remaining ashes in the same package as your pendant.
