We make it hassle free to get us your ashes by sending out a FREE ash collection kit right when your order is placed. Use the ash receptacle to collect a small amount of cremated ashes and then send them back to us using the addressed postage paid envelope that is included in the ash collection kit. Upon us receiving the cremated ashes, we will add a very small portion to the gemstone-like resin and place the mixture on the pendant. The pendant and any ashes we did not use will be packaged up securely and ship within 24-48 hours from when we receive the ashes from you.
Customizing your keepsake is easy and we have a couple of different ways you can do so. Chooses a chain in a different length or different finish to add some pizzazz or alter the way the keepsake is displayed on the body. There is plenty of room on the back side of the jewelry to add lines of personalized text.
