Every photograph is personally reviewed, edited, and prepared by our experienced Great Falls team. Our photo specialists have more than a decade of experience cropping images, improving clarity, removing distracting backgrounds, combining subjects, and working with older or imperfect photographs.
Certainty in Every Detail
The fingerprint is carefully prepared and laser engraved on the front of the coin. Your photograph is cropped for the reverse and engraved into the silver, creating a permanent portrait on the opposite side.
You can upload a clear image of an existing fingerprint or use the fingerprint collection kit available with your order. Paw prints, nose prints, and footprints may also be used in place of a fingerprint. A complimentary proof is available upon request; we will wait for your approval before completing the personalization.
How It Works

- We prepare each image by hand. A specialist adjusts the photograph for the coin design and traces the clearest portion of the print.
- We create and finish your coin. We laser engrave the fingerprint on the front and your prepared photograph on the back, add any selected message, then hand polish and inspect the coin.

Is My Fingerprint Good Enough?
Fingerprints are rarely perfect, especially older prints or those provided by a funeral home. Faded, partial and imperfect prints can often still be used to create beautiful thumbprint jewelry. Our experienced artists carefully prepare each fingerprint for the piece you've selected.
