This lovely jewelry has a long center base and there is a loop that is part of the base that is at the top of the keepsake. On the right on the center base is a detailed wing and the wing slants down to come across the lower part of the center base. The heart charm is on a different rounded bail and the heart does not hold any sort of remembrance. The center of the heart has a round stone and it is the December birthstone.
