The threaded screw, if you look closely at the silver L pendant, is on the outer right hand side at the bottom of the pendant, where the cursive part of the L begins to turn up back towards the body of the pendant. Use as a monogram for your name like for Lisa or Larry or even your last name or in honor of theirs and remember them in a special manner. Size is 3/4" width by 1" high
