A small delicate memory	April 27, 2012

I was amazed at how fast I recieved the product! The clasp on my daughter's chain broke almost immediately; however, the company was just as fast to replace the chain. I would suggest upgrading chain or buying one separately. Overall, it was a good experience. I bought three charms that day and they arrived together. We are very pleased with our purchase.
