My keepsake necklace was everything I expected. The only probelm I had was filling it with ashes. The funnel was too small and the ashes would get stuck. Also the necklace filling portion was not all the way open. instead of a full circle it was half covered causing filling more difficult. Those were the only problems I had. The necklace is great though. I wear it all the time and I'm glad to have my baby boy next to my heart.
