I was very worried this would be cheap and the picture would be blurry since I sent them a photo taken in the 80s but it came out looking better than I could have imagined. The customer service was phenomenal! Phenomenal! Very communicative (gave me great peace of mind) took the time to make sure I would be happy with the final product before they sent it out, after that it was shipped quickly and arrived ahead of schedule. I lost track of how many compliments I received, the best present I could have is that I have a little treasure of the bond I have with my late father, that stays with me everywhere I go.
