Set screw and funnel problem
The funeral home director attempted to put some of my Mother's ashes into the small opening of the memory necklace. He reports having done many of these type necklaces previously. There is only the tiniest space in which to place some ashes and he stated he had issues with getting the screw threads correctly. He ultimately damaged the screw on the back and opted to purchase a second necklace for me. I will attempt to put my Mother's ashes in the second one, and hope I have better success. Love the appearance and quality.
