I am somewhat upset at the quality. It looks nothing like the picture and I had to call because the birthstone wasn't with it. CS did great at sending one out the next day. I wouldn't order it again.

The pendant was not made well. The lines of the thumbprint are not clear. It was made out of inexpensive material and not as nice as I had hoped for as much money as it cost.
