I made 2 phone calls to the company with questions prior to my purchase and the phone was answered both times by the 2nd ring! All of my questions were answered and I felt comfortable moving forward with the purchase. I am extremely pleased with my order. My dad’s thumbprint on my necklace looks exactly like his print that I uploaded. The necklace is dimensional; you can feel the ridges of the print. The piece itself is nice quality, thick and sturdy. I just lost my dad a few weeks ago and it is very comforting to wear his print. He’ll always be with me.
