I ordered this full-color dog tag and a gold engraved dog tag. I requested proofs - being that ordering personalized items online can be iffy - and I received the proofs within 24 hrs. The photo I used for the full-color dog tag didn't fit to my liking (I chose a photo that was landscape) so Keith worked with me to crop and edit the photo. He responded very quickly and we were able to come up with a solution for the photo. He told me he will ship it ASAP, so I expected it to come in the mail in 3-5 days, since I chose standard shipping. I received my pendants two days later! I was not expecting such quick delivery. Upon opening, I was impressed with how my pendants turned out. Being that my loved one passed, this had to be perfect. This is something special so I needed it to come out perfect. I'm so glad I found Jewelry Keepsake because I looked around for local jewelry engrave shops but the people I found weren't specialized in it and I didn't want to pay for something that I wouldn't be happy with. Jewelry Keepsake understands the importance of these memorial pendants and there is great quality in their work. Customer service is outstanding! I highly recommend this company!

It is a very nice pendant and the quality is great. The only small problem that I have with it the pendant is that the background was white when maybe it should have been darker.

I am sooo pleased with Jewelry Keepsakes.
