How to order a photo engraved pendant
Describes how to select and order your photo engraved pendant or picture engraved cremation jewelry.

All of our photo pendant memorial pendants include a black satin cording or matching chain that you can display your picture or you can choose a shorter satin cording that allows you to hang your picture pendant jewelry keepsake from a rearview mirror in your car or some other area where you’d like to have their memory with you.
When you are ready to order your photo engraved keepsake jewelry these are the steps to follow to ensure that you get the highest quality memorial pendant or keychain using a treasured picture of those that have passed away.
- Be certain to choose the metal that you would prefer for your memorial pendant or keychain. We offer both silver and gold pendants and keychains that will hold your engraved photo of a loved one or a pet.
- We carry several different shapes of picture pendant memorials and keychains and you should choose the shape or form that appeals to you the most. Our pendants that hold engraved photos of your loved one can be selected in oval, round, rectangle, heart shaped and rectangular.
- There are a variety of display choices when you select your picture engraved remembrance jewelry. The pendant funeral jewelry that you choose can be worn around your neck with a 20” matching chain, a black satin cording or you can choose a short satin ribbon that allows you to display your keepsake memorial somewhere prevalent that keeps their memory close to your heart.
- Select whether or not you would like to add some engraving to the back of your keepsake locket pendant. Everlasting Memories offers anywhere from three to four lines of engraving depending on the funeral jewelry you have selected and you can choose your engraving font style. Block font and script font are the choices available for your font selection. Please note that there is a nominal fee charged for engraving.
Once you have made all the necessary customizations for your photo engraved keepsake jewelry you need to proceed through the check-out selection of your jewelry. Upon completion of the ordering process you will need to either email us a copy of the picture you would like engraved on your keepsake locket or mail us a hard copy of the picture. Instructions for both are as follows:
E-Mail
E-mail is the fastest and most secure way to get your chosen photo to us after ordering your photo engraved keepsake jewelry. You want to make sure the picture is ‘best quality’ when scanned and that you scan with a resolution of 300 dots per inch. You can send either a black and white photo or a
color photo but please note that regardless of the color choice of your picture your engraved photo jewelry will be in black and white NOT color. You can email your photo to sales@jewelrykeepsakes.com.
When emailing your picture to our customer service specialist please be sure to include your order number, your name and billing address and the lines of text that you would like engraved. Please pay special attention to the lines of text and the characters per line that each jewelry keepsake will hold as each pendant and keychain is different.
Mail
Should you choose to mail a hard copy of your picture to our offices please include an insert with your photo that includes your name, billing address and the lines of text that you would like engraved. Please pay special attention to the lines of text and the characters per line that each jewelry keepsake will hold as each pendant and keychain is different. If possible, please send a copy of your photo or send a self-addressed envelope so that your photo can be returned. You can send either a black and white or color photo for your remembrance jewelry but please note that regardless of the color choice of your picture your engraved photo jewelry will be in black and white NOT color.
