Good weight, easy instructions and very pleased with my purchase. The ashes were a little too large and got stuck in the funnel so a recommendation to other buyers would be to somehow sift the ashes so they flow thru the funnel.

I love the actual pendant itself, the "premium" chain however, a waste of extra money. It pulls your hair out. I'd recommend buying your own elsewhere which is what I'll be doing.

I purchased as a way to remember and keep my son close to me at all times. The pendant looks better in person than the online photographs. It appears well made, nice looking and my local funeral placed my sons ashes inside for me in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this pendant.
