I'm not an expert in photo engraving so this is just an opinion. I am happy with the quality of the steel and the engraving on the back but the photo engraving seems very very shallow to the point where I have to kind of move the dog tag around to see the picture. I feel the engraving should be deeper so I could actually see the photo without having two angle it off to try to pick it up. Standard chain you will definitely need to upgrade as it would break and you would lose your jewelry.

Great Design but the chain...not so much!

Overall, I will definitely be ordering my next tag from you. The chain that I received however was lacking the clasp. So I could not use it. They are supposed to be sending me out a new one so I will say that the woman was very responsive and ready to correct the situation when I called the number.
