Lovely Keepsakes
I have ordered from this company multiple times. The quality of the engraving is always excellent, and as is their customer service. I appreciate the care that they put into every order. Sadly, my grandma passed shortly before Christmas this year. I submitted an order for two pendants the day before Christmas Eve, fully expecting my order to be delayed a bit because of the holiday. The next day I received an email that my order had shipped! The pendants were beautiful, and I received them in time for my mother to wear hers at the funeral service.

Wonderful customer service
I had a small issue with the 1st pendant I received, I let them know, Donna and Keith addressed it right away. They were in contact with me the same day and rectified my concern immediately. No questions asked. I explained why the necklace was so important to me, Keith sent me a new one that I received within a couple of days. I truly love the pendant, I wear it daily. Its solid and has some weight to it, the photo came out perfectly. Thank you Donna and Keith so much! I have already told my friends and family about you!

Round pet remembrance
Its okay but the picture engraving is not visible. The writing on the back was excellent. The chain went nicely with the disc. The friend who received it was touched by the thought.
