The experience from start to finish was nerve-racking for me because this was a memorial piece, but Carre really understood how much this meant to me and did an incredible job. She sent me a proof of the photo before engraving and confirmed every aspect of the pendent. I was really shocked when it came in, it was better than I anticipate.
