I ordered this ring on a Sunday morning and had already received it by Tuesday afternoon (just with regular shipping!). The colors are absolutely beautiful; the side stones are more pink than they look in the picture, but the ring was to honor my cat who's collar was pink, so it ended up being even more perfect. I'd also ordered an engraving in the inside that was missing on the received ring. I notified Jewelry Keepsakes by their email address of the mistake, and by 7 the next morning I had an email back saying they'd correct their mistake. By Thursday afternoon I had my new ring already. The customer service by this company is fantastic. They made a hard time as easy as they could for me, and for that I am grateful. And now I have a lovely ring that my sweet baby girl can stay pretty in for a long, long time.

I wear this ring everyday. I get alot of comments about the ring. When I tell people that it is a urn ring they cant believe it. It is si beautiful. It makes me very happy to have have mom with me at all times. thank you
