My son picked this out for his girlfriend for a birthday present. Her grandfather passed away back in October. He picked out the picture and everything. He paid for the pendant himself. He is 17 years old. I can't wait to see her face when she opens it next week. The detail is outstanding!! The photos online do not do it justice at all!! We will be ordering again for a few more for Valentine's gifts!!! Highly recommend this company!! Received it much quicker than we anticipated also!!

Awesome product and service
The service i received was excellent! The photo i wanted engraved didn't fit well on the original design i had chosen. They engraver contacted me straight away and explained the different options and helped me sort out a different design that would work. When the product arrived (and it arrived very quickly - 10 days after dispatch to the UK) it looked fantastic! Very pleased with the item and the service!

Phenomenal Service, Excellent Product
I ordered one necklace originally, with the intent of having a nice piece of jewelry for my sister. I forgot to attach a photo to the purchase, and I was quickly contact(well within 5 hours), and the situation was remedied very nicely. I'm also very impressed by the skill with which the pendant was engraved, and I purchased two more pendants, both equally phenomenal, as a result.
