Beautiful pendant, poor shipping via USPS

Beautiful pendant!! Love it. Had to order it twice though. First pendant ordered was lost in the mail and wasn't delivered by the guaranteed noon delivery, which I paid for overnight shipping. When I called customer service to explain my situation, Donna was very helpful. She made sure to get the order in again and had it delivered via Fed Ex, which was delivered the next day. I would definitely choose Fed Ex for shipping over the USPS.

Loved my necklace. I actually bought my memorial piece for my mom who lost her brother unexpectedly a month ago. We both loved it.....picture was perfect and it arrived within a matter of days. Highly suggest these pieces to anyone.

Came on time and my mother loved it. It tarnishes a little easily but she still loves it. Very pleased with these products and will order again in the future.
