THE PENDENT CAME BUT, WITHOUT THE FREE 20" MATCHING CHAIN AS CLAIMED ON THE ORDER. THEY SEND IT WITH A BLACK ROPE.

The Pendant arrived the next day with expedited shipping. No fault to company, I just didn't realize how big the pendant was and how the diamonds rounds the outside gives a look of....well let's just say my wife will never wear. I wish I could exchange for something smaller without the diamonds.

When I received both necklaces, I was blown away by how beautiful they were. They both were gifts to two separate people and their reactions were amazing. Brought tears to their eyes, but good tears. I ordered this item for a friend and had it shipped directly to her. it arrived within a week and she said it was beautiful and she absolutely loved it! since I had it shipped to her directly, I didn't get to see it. it would be nice if there was a way a photo of the finished product could be sent to the purchaser if they are shipping it someone else. other than not being able to see it for myself , I'm very satisfied that my friend loved it and told me it was beautiful!

I bought this for my mother-in-laws birthday. She had just lost her husband after 67 years of marriage. I was looking for something that she could remember him by, not that she needed any help. When the pendant came with their pictures etched onto the heart, it took my breath away. She loved it, as did other family members who were there when she opened this gift.
