The picture is produced by a metal needle making thousands of small impressions into the surface of the pendant with the end result being the image of your selection. I order the key chain with a picture of my dog, the picture was not centered so upon checking out, I asked if they could center his face on the key chain and they got it perfect, will be doing business with them again. Not to mention super fast turnaround on my order.

This keychain makes a one- of- a- kind present. Engraving quality of the picture is amazing, the product itself is heavy and well made. Website is user-friendly, and in the event you need to contact customer service, they are helpful and know their business. My only wish is that I had used block lettering on the personalization. Script is pretty but more difficult to read at such a small size.

I order the silver keychain and requested a picture of my daughter in law dog Babe to be engraved on it...and it was so sweet looking, and Babe just past away about a month ago, and when she received the gift, she was overwhelmed, and loved that she now has something of Babe that she will be carrying around with her.
