Each 14k White Gold memorial keepsake pendant includes a black satin cording or matching chain as well as a small funnel and a tube of epoxy. The threads of the stopper can be sealed by applying a drop of epoxy.

Unable to preview engraving
What I would recommend to the company is to give the option to preview what the engraving will look like on a the jewelry piece. When we received our [$] dog tag the engraving was sideways. Did not expect that, and it looked so tiny. The piece is still beautiful. I ordered other dog tag jewelry at another site (not [@]) and I was able to view what the dog tag would look like ahead of time.
