You can fill with cremains, sacred ground or maybe some crushed dried flowers. The outer edges of the White Gold Wrap Around Heart jewelry urn are smooth and shiny and set up higher than the front face of the heart. The face of the Wrap Around Heart is slightly sunk in and has a brushed appearance which gives great contrast to the smooth and shiny edges of the outer heart that is first viewed when you look at the heart.
