Good product but poor communication
I recently ordered 2 (2 person sliding heart) from them. When I put in my order, it gave a me a projected date. It was for Mother’s Day gift, and I assume since it is a cremation jewelry, I think we all know what it is for and the meaning of the piece for my wife and her sister. I was contacted the following day to confirm the purchase. The representative was nice and she gave me a quick timeline of what was going to happen. I understand that during this Covid time getting things mailed is a little more difficult. But I was promised that my jewelry would be etched and sent by the Wednesday before Mother’s Day, arrive to Hawaii and delivered on Saturday. Mind you I paid the two day shipping charge as well. The Thursday before Mother’s Day still no update. So I called the rep again, asked her for status. She said she would get back to me. This is the same lady I spoke too that promised it would be here on the Saturday before Mother’s Day, I also voiced if it wasn’t going to arrive before Saturday that I would pay the difference to do overnight shipping. I received no phone call on status, no updates, jus a change in status on my account that the jewelry would arrive to Hawaii on the Monday after. I think the frustrating part for me was the false timelines and no communication on their behalf. My wife and sister in law was still happy when the received it, but they were left empty handed on Mother’s Day. I was frustrated with that.

2 person (parents) pendant
I want to thank the staff who went above and beyond for me...I had order my parent pendant and did express shipping and 2 wks later never arrived. I contacted customer service yesterday and they had a new pendant shipped out that day. It arrived today to be on me for my father's memorial. Thank you so much! It's beautiful and perfect. Lisa
