Perfect memorial piece.
Recently purchased this cross style urn with premium chain for my 16 year old son, as my other son passed away in July. It is a beautiful piece, came exactly as order with the birthstone ordered. My son loves it and has warn it everyday since it arrived. The quality of the chain, charm and urn cross is amazing. This is an item that my son can proudly carry a part of his brother in.

A heartbreaking disappointment
For the quality or lack thereof, this product missed its mark. The "chain" ($31.95) is nothing more than a cheap looking nylon or plastic string. Very cheap looking and not worthy of being attached to an item with such significance. The Truthful Cross itself isn't bad but not what I expected for the price. Then I ordered my mother's birthstone ($19.99) thinking it would replace the default stone on the cross, but instead, it came attached to a separate piece I am at a loss of words to describe. In any case, it did not replace the stone on the cross. I accept part of the blame for this because I cannot honestly remember if they ever said it would be on the cross, I just assumed (and it made sense). I ended up having to scramble and find another source for my mother's ashes as time was running out. So basically, I wasted $139 on this one. Choose wisely

The chain that was sent looks cheap and chintzy! Is the stone cubic zirconia? Thought the cross was over priced!!! My grandson picked out the cross. Hard to see what you are actually getting!
