Our 14K gold plated Long Cylinder keepsake will hold cremated ashes, a lock of hair, some ground from the site of burial or other remembrance of your loved one. Each 14K plated Cylinder can be engraved and is typically shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order. This excellent funeral jewelry makes a wonderful reminder of someone you miss. The Gold Plated Long Cylinder cremation charm is longer than our other cylinder pendants and very skinny so this means that the 14K Gold Long Cylinder will not hold as much tribute due to a smaller inside compartment. - This keepsake measures 1/8"w x 1 1/2"h. The keepsake is measured from the bottom of the pendant to the bottom of the bail.

- Internal Volume:
- This keepsake will hold a "pinch" of cremated remains. A "pinch" is equal to approximately 1/8 of a teaspoon.
- How to fill:
- This keepsake is filled by unscrewing the bail at the top. This exposes the small interior compartment where the remains are laid to rest.

Chain brocken
I love the peice, but when I went to put it on my daughter I realized the chain was broken. No way to secure it. Very disappointed.

Great customer service
My order isn't complete as of this writing. I returned the original piece as it was not what I was expecting. And was delayed in shipping because it was engraved incorrectly. Donna was most helpful in correcting the order. I had great difficulty communicating with you by phone and not much better by email. I finally reordered and that was handled quickly and efficiently.
