Size:: This keepsake measures 1"w x 1"h. The keepsake is measured from the bottom of the pendant to the bottom of the bail.

Material:: This keepsake is made of stainless steel and has a black plating.

Internal Volume:: This keepsake will hold a "pinch" of cremated remains. A "pinch" is equal to approximately 1/8 of a teaspoon.

How to fill:: This keepsake is filled by unscrewing the screw at the bottom. This exposes the small interior compartment where the remains are laid to rest.

Personalization Options:: This keepsake cannot be engraved.

I had trouble choosing just one necklace because there were so many that I was absolutely in love with, but I'm so happy with the choice that I made. I just wish I was able to get it engraved; something small on the side. Even so, I still absolutely love my keepsake.

I :hearts: the Stainless Candid Heart

My boyfriend and best friend, of the past four years, passed away April 1, 2013. Knowing he was going to be cremated, I ordered this within a few days of his passing. The pendant reminds me of "...:hearts::hearts::hearts:" which is how we always closed our emails, FB comments, etc. as it has the appearance of three hearts. I like the weight and feel of the heart and the longer chain I ordered is just perfect. The ONLY problem I had was with the tiny screw. It was a bit difficult getting it screwed back in... would start going in crooked and I dropped it a couple of times. It's very tiny so I would recommend doing it over something like a shoe box lid or shallow bowl in case it's dropped. I'm very happy with my purchase... it's pretty and the location, of the screw, is discreetly at the bottom of the pendant.
