The resplendent sterling Onyx Cross urn pendant is simple and understated cross pendant and it has been made of .925 sterling silver as a base. The interior of the body of the cross is black onyx and the black onyx cross is a striking and bold contrast to the sterling silver frame of the exterior of the Onyx Cross memorial jewelry. The reverse side of the Onyx Cross remembrance charm is polished sterling silver and you can have 8 characters of text in block or script font engraved for a small fee. Maybe 'Robert' or 'June 15' was the day you got married or their hometown was 'Detroit'. The pendant was great but I have a wider neck and the 20 inch chain was too short and there was no option to purchase a longer size
